'Downtown' Niagara Falls

This large block was one of the city's first multiple-use buildings. It housed stores, offices and apartments on separate floors, and had a bowling alley and billiard parlour in the basement. It was purchased by merchant Jacob Rosberg in 1927 and for years its ground floor was occupied by a department store.
