Historic Sights

Shown here - 'The Niagara Falls Armoury' (circa 19o4)

The Armoury was one of eleven drill halls built between 1896 and 1918 as both a training and recruitment centre during World War I. It continued its role in military action through the Second World War and the Korean War until it was decommissioned in 1999.
